Notes
- A common practice is to use Elemental Seal and cast Sleep spells to extend their durations to the maximum effect (and make sure they land), or to use while fighting high level HNM with high magic defense/resist to cast an elemental spell in full Magic Attack Bonus gear for unresisted damage output.
