Notes:
- The formula for MP recovery is (Summoning Skill -50) * Weather and Day bonus.
- Single Weather grants a 10% modifier and double Weather grants a 15% modifier(totaling at 25%). Opposing weather will subtract this amount instead.
- Day grants a 10% modifier. Opposing day will subtract this amount instead.
- Maximum bonus or penalty from Day and Weather is 35%.
- Obis obtained from In the Name of Science and Elemental Staffs(ie. Thunder Staff) have no effect on this ability.
