Kilusha has two main purposes, both involving Einherjar in the Hazhalm Testing Grounds.
First, she allows you to purchase the Smouldering Lamp required to enter Einherjar for 180,000 gil.
Second, she allows you to purchase the following equipment and crafting material with ampoules of Therion Ichor won from completing various chambers of Einherjar.
