Mission Information

Description:	Ulmia is determined to know the truth, and is ready to revisit Bahamut to learn it. Enlist the aid of Tenzen and Justinius to help you find Ulmia before something terrible occurs.

Walkthrough

Useful items to bring:

NOTE: Ferchinne at (G-9) in Tavnazian Safehold offers the quest Fly High where two Hippogryph Tailfeathers can be exchanged for one Mistmelt. This quest is entirely optional but highly recommended for the Ouryu battle.

Head to the Dilapidated Gate at (F-7) in Misereaux Coast and pass through to reach the Spatial Displacement ahead.
Enter the level 50 capped area of Riverne - Site #B01 and head southwest to the Spatial Displacement.
If you haven't done so beforehand, you will need to farm one Giant Scale by killing some of the wyverns in this area.
Sneak up when you are near the Malboro monsters and Invisible when you are near bombs and wyverns, and avoid walking in front of the true sight Hippogryphs. Head west-northwest until you reach the Unstable Displacement at (H-8).
When your party is ready, trade the Giant Scale to the displacement and pass through.
Head northwest to the next Spatial Displacement, and then south to the one after that. This will put you in the uncapped area Monarch Linn.
As with the previous missions, use this time to rest, and go over strategies.
When your party is ready, check the Spatial Displacement and choose the battlefield "The Savage". Buffs will wear when entering, so do so inside the battlefield.

Ouryu is earth based and casts spells like Slow, Stoneskin, and other earth-based spells.
Upon entry she will have Stoneskin on so Dispel it if you can.
When she is on the ground, she will use Typhoon Wing which is AOE damage, and Absolute Terror which terrifies you, making you unable to act for a few moments.
While in the air, she will use Ochre Blast which is about 400 damage single target, and Bai Wing which is AOE damage and Slow.
When he lands, Touchdown will hit everyone in a large range for about 150 damage. She also uses Invincible at couple intervals throughout the fight.
Using a Mistmelt while she is in the air will bring her down again so use them accordingly.
The best idea is to keep her on the ground where she is more manageable. She can be slept when on the ground to recover MP and HP if need be.
If Mistmelts are not used, she will alternate flying for 2 minutes, followed by 2 minutes on the ground.
After you get her to about 30% HP, the fight will end.
After defeating Ouryu, speak with Justinius in Tavnazian Safehold to complete the mission.
