From Aht Urhgan Whitegate:

• Get an Imperial Silver Piece.
  • You'll need these fairly often each time you want to enter Alzadaal Undersea Ruins.
  • You can exchange a Copper Voucher for 1000 Imperial Standing at an Sparks NPC, and then exchange 100 for 1 silver piece via Ugrihd.
  • They're also on the AH (Others ➞ Misc. 1), but often inflated in price compared exchanging Gold to Mythril then to Silver with Awaheen - tl;dr you can get 10 silver for every 1 gold in Nashmau.
• Exit Aht Urhgan Whitegate from the tunnel at (H-7).
  • HP#1 for Bhaflau Thickets does not work because it is on a different map.
• Travel to (F-6) in Bhaflau Thickets.
• Trade the Imperial Silver Piece to Kamih Mapokhalam.
• Once in Alzadaal Undersea Ruins take the left teleporter.
• Take the left teleporter again.
• Travel to (J-8) or (J-9) as both have Runic Portals.
