== Walkthrough ==
*Speak witch [[Rigobertine]], [[Eastern Adoulin]] (J-7) near the Castle Adoulin gates. You will receive a [[Purple purgation cloth]] Key Item.
*Click the '''Suspicious Roots''' at (G-6) in [[Yorcia Weald]] for a cutscene.
**From Bivouac #1 head north and hug the left wall.
* Select the Suspicious Roots again to enter a BCNM with a [[:Category:Dullahan|Dullahan]] [[NM]], [[Headless Torturer]].
** All Party members must have a Purple purgation cloth to enter fight.
**[[Trust]]s may be summoned inside this fight.
** Ingrid will assist you during the fight. If she is defeated, you will lose the fight immediately.
** [[Headless Torturer]] uses all stanndard [[Dullahan]] TP Moves as well as Tier V single taget, AoE Elemental and Enfeebling magic spells.
** If you are defeated, speak with [[Rigobertine]] to obtain a new Key Item in order to try again.

*Talk to [[Roskin]] in [[Eastern Adoulin]] (H-8) to start the quest. He will give you [[Elder wooden box]] KI.
** You must zone following [[A Thirst for the Eons]] in order to receive this quest.
*Talk to [[Palomel]] in [[Eastern Adoulin]] near [[Scouts' Coalition]] to appraise your [[Elder wooden box]] into [[Imprint device S]] KI.
*Talk to [[Quwi Orihbhe]] in [[Rabao]], (G-8) near [[Proto-Waypoint]].
*Talk to [[Roskin]] again.

Mnemonic Pool locations:
*[[Ceizak Battlegrounds]] eastern side of (F-6) - [[Record of a thousand lights]] KI.
:*Fastest route is via the homepoint or Bivouac #2.
*[[Cirdas Caverns]] southern side of (H-8) - [[Record of a cavernous foray]] KI.
:*Fastest route is via the Yorcia Frontier Station and zoning into Cirdas.
*[[Yorcia Weald]] northwest corner of (J-9) - [[Record of the generals' foray]] KI.

== Walkthrough ==
* You are tasked with creating an [[Enfeeb. Kit: Silence|Enfeeblement Kit of Silence]], [[Enfeeb. Kit: Sleep|Enfeeblement Kit of Sleep]], [[Enfeeb. Kit: Poison|Enfeeblement Kit of Poison]], or [[Enfeeb. Kit: Blind|Enfeeblement Kit of Blindness]].
* [[Kuroido-Moido]] at (E-7) in [[Port Windurst]], [[Faulpie]] at (E-8) in [[Southern San d'Oria]] and [[Abd-al-Raziq]] at (L-7) in [[Bastok Mines]] will give you the recipes for making the components, but you do not have to talk to them at any point in the gathering of ingredients or the synthing of items.
* For the kit, you will need:
** [[Padded Box]]: [[Earth Crystal]], [[Bast Parchment]] x2, [[Inferior Cocoon]] (Can also be made from a Woodworking Kit 5 from guild NPC)
** [[Fine Parchment]]: [[Dark Crystal]], [[Parchment]], [[Pumice Stone]] (You will need to make two of these)
** [[Enchanted Ink]]: [[Dark Crystal]], [[Black Ink]], [[Magicked Blood]] (You will need to make two of these}
** A [[Silencing Potion]], [[Sleeping Potion]], [[Poison Potion]], or [[Blinding Potion]] (It will depend on which enfeeblement kit you are told to make)
* Once you have obtained all the components, combine them together with an [[Earth Crystal]].
**As a note, all of the components can be traded, but the enfeeblement kit itself cannot, and therefore must be synthed by the player doing the mission.
**Synths can fail, so it may be wise to have access to extra ingredients.
**An [[Alchemy]] level of 10 is recommended to synth the Enfeeblement Kit to increase the chances of success.
* Trade the kit to the [[Trodden Snow]] at (H-7) in [[Qufim Island]] for a cutscene.

* Beaten using NIN THF GEO WHM with Ulmia trust. Frailty/Fury/entrust Haste. Keep haste 1 on NIN and THF incase ulmia switches songs. THF builds TP and only trick attacks the NIN. NIN must have very good haste for keeping up both miga and shadows. One move is magical and will clear shadows and miga both, this is when NIN is vulnerable to critical hits for high dmg to kill him. If NIN is quick enough can reapply shadows but dying still will happen. Fight can be made quicker with more THF. SAing him will always result in THF stealing hate. Make sure never to skillchain and either space out WS or use them at the same time as skillchain damage is magical and will cause him to use heat breath and set mages mp to zero. Farmed him over 20 kills this method can bring up to 3 THF. Other DD will steal hate. RNG with decoy shot and coronach also probably an option for the same reasons as long as no skillchains. * Doable with just Trusts on NIN, but there's really no room for error. You have to make sure you don't use any trusts that can potentially cause magic damage and probably shouldn't even use anything that can WS at all. I personally used Apururu, Joachim, Ulmia, Kupipi, and Moogle, with a Chaos and Fighter's rolls applied by Qultada beforehand. Easy as long as you are prepared, otherwise you will get dumped on.

Scherzo is likely to be of use, but the TP moved don't wipe shadows or [[Occultation]]. Keep [[Cocoon]] and [[Barrier Tusk]] up.

Trio'd easily and quickly with BLU BLU GEO. GEO did fury/frailty, BLUs spammed Savage Blade. '''Recast Occultation as soon as it's ready. Don't wait for shadows to wear.''' Trusts were Yoran, Cherukiki, and Joachim.
