Upon finding myself in Witchfire Glen I simply went back to the ??? in Batallia Downs, entered, walked over towards Atomos, and found the white sparkling thing on the ground, and it worked just fine. Changing the Rate to 4 causes Cure Power 1 to 19 to heal 11 to 14, which flows into the expected value of 16 at cure power 20.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div&gt;JSE Capes are a category of back armor that are obtained from [[Colonization Reive|Colonization Reives]] and [[Lair Reive|Lair Reives]] in Marjami Ravine, Yorcia Weald, Kamir Drifts and Ra&#039;Kaznar, the various Gates that connect them, and any [[Wildskeeper Rieve]].&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Augmented versions are obtained from coffers dropped in [[Incursion]].&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Unaugmented capes can be traded at a 3:1 ratio via the NPC [[Makel-Pakel]] in the [[Celennia Memorial Library]], who may also remove augments from capes so that they may be exchanged.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;div&gt;Killed several times this morning with a 3 person group of DNC/RUN, GEO/WHM, and RDM/WHM.  Ate sushi, GEO boosted ACC and ATT, RDM kept Distract II up and dispelled buffs as Arke used them.  DNC  did not need /RUN: Wind damage was not significant enough to warrant it, and we ended up dropping runes and keeping up haste samba.  Took five minutes or less to kill each time, depending on how quickly it used benediction.  It generally used it just under half health, but did it as soon as ~85% one time, and as low as ~20% another time.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;div&gt;Killed several times this morning with a 3 person group of DNC/RUN, GEO/WHM, and RDM/WHM.  Ate sushi, GEO boosted ACC and ATT, RDM kept Distract II up and dispelled buffs as Arke used them.  DNC  did not need /RUN: Wind damage was not significant enough to warrant it, and we ended up dropping runes and keeping up haste samba.  Took five minutes or less to kill each time, depending on how quickly it used benediction.  It generally used it just under half health, but did it as soon as ~85% one time, and as low as ~20% another time.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
