Their elemental properties are identical to the belts, in that every gorget does not work with every Weapon Skill. In order for a gorget to affect a Weapon Skill, the Weapon Skill must have a Skillchain property that matches the associated element.
Which Skillchain level property it is does not matter, as long as one of the elements are involved. (e.g. Asuran Fists is Gravitation (+) / Liquefaction (), meaning it will work with either Shadow(), Soil(), or Flame Gorget().)
When worn during a matching Weapon Skill, these gorgets add 25/256 fTP (~+0.1) to the first hit. Many Weapon Skills have their first hit's fTP copied over to all the remaining hits as well; making these gorgets very potent for such Weapon Skills.
Each Elemental Gorget is level 72 equipment, and can be combined via Synergy into a Fotia Gorget; which provides the same fTP and Accuracy boost regardless of the the Skillchain property of the Weapon Skill, with an additional bonus of a 1% chance of retaining all of the player's TP when preforming a weapon skill. This 1% chance of not depleting TP stacks with Fotia Belt from the Elemental Belts.
