Daughter of Bastok's President Karst, Cornelia dedicates her time trying to help the Galka, although some Galkas find her slightly bothersome for it; (though nearly all hold her in high regard.) Her mother named her after the Mythril Musketeer, Cornelia who vanished in the northlands nearly 30 years ago. It was her mother's dearest hope that Cornelia would grow up to be like her namesake- a strong person who would fight for those who could not help themselves and be loved by all Bastokians, Hume and Galka alike.
Cornelia is the catalyst for several of the later Bastok missions.
