Notes
This key item is supposed to make it easier to catch fish when using Lufaise Fly as bait while catching Amphibious fish.
Contrary to the name, you can still catch frogs such as Copper Frog and Senroh Frog without this key item. It may make it easier to land them, but they are not difficult anyway.
Many anglers chalk this item up as useless, except for fishing Tricorn. It seems that it was introduced as a stepping stone to Mooching.
