Angon Activation Speed Argument

No JA is faster than any other JA, wtf. The preceding unsigned comment was added by Akanei (talk • contribs) .

Ya.. Right! because charm and chi blast aren't either right? Have you every played this game. The preceding unsigned comment was added by HadesBothari (talk • contribs) .

. . . 75 DRG/MNK/PLD with leveled subs. Right, I've never played this game. Job Abilities all have activation speeds, okay.

No, you're a moron.

P.S. Don't undo crap when you have no comprehension of why it was done. The preceding unsigned comment was added by Akanei (talk • contribs) .

Hey moron, Don't edit articles on job abilities you've never used. Angon has a throwing action and as such is already likely to be confused for requiring throwing skill (Yes, I've seen the question asked.). Its a Job ability that uses an item and is therefore likely to be seen as having a possibility to miss. This site is about giving info.. even if you don't think people will need that info. Unless the fact that it can not be eveaded/blinked is incorrect, that information is valid.
And as for "It's not a physical attack, why would you even need to say it can't be evaded or blinked?". I assume spells are physical attacks too.. since they obviously can be blinked right? So, have you actually tried to use it against someone with utsusemi? I somehow doubt that. When you've tried it against a mob with PD or utsu and have pics (of it missing) then come back and edit. Till then stay away. The preceding unsigned comment was added by HadesBothari (talk • contribs) .
Of all the things to fight over, you decide to make the first Wiki fight over a Dragoon Job Ability?
With that out of the way, while I'm recusing myself from this argument, please keep the argument in one section for the sake of coherency or I'm going to start busting some heads. And sign your stuff as well. TheBlackrose 10:14, 26 September 2007 (CDT)
That's a weak argument. What made you think that bringing up spells in a discussion about job abilities would be a valid comparison?
Do you see voke/tomahawk/shadowbind dealing damage? Obviously not. Does everyone know all of these will not break bind, will not wake slept mobs and ignore everything? Yes.
It's redundant, common sense and if someone can't figure that out off the bat, they have more problems beyond a freaking merit job ability. Akanei 12:13, 26 September 2007 (CDT)
You may be able to see why Angon doesn't break bind or wake mobs, but can you tell me Why do kids love Cinnamon Toast Crunch?
Please do not keep removing that information unless it is invalid. unnecessary is not a valid reason to remove info. Everyone knows provoke generates a hate spike.. therefore it is unnecessary to add that info on the job ability page.HadesBothari

Provoke's notes stating that it is a hate spike is to provide clarity upon S-E's vague in-game description as well as explain what the ability does.

Do you see it state anywhere that it goes through shadows or anything that you've attempted multiple times to state, for this ability? Redundant info is redundant info. Unless you want to prove it's not redundant, it's being cleaned up. Deal with it. You want to add useful information? Try adding that Angon gives a rather large enmity spike upon use. I think this argument is retarded and both of you should feel bad for participating in it. --Aurik 18:29, 26 September 2007 (CDT)
Edit: ya nvm.. got better stuff to do.HadesBothari

nuh uh. Akanei 20:40, 26 September 2007 (CDT)

Moved notes from the front page

I figured most players wouldn't be confused about these things, and they wouldn't really impact any decisions, so I moved them.

  • Does not deal damage or return TP.
  • Does not require throwing skill.
  • Can not be evaded or blinkedQuestion.
  • Does not wake sleeping mobs or break bind.--Byrthnoth 11:03, 25 June 2011 (EDT)
