Summoned Automaton, AFKed for a few minutes, used 3 water maneuvers (121 MND to my automaton's 80 base) 12 seconds apart with the cape on, overloaded for 2 seconds.
- 3 maneuvers*15 degrees/maneuver - 30 threshold - (24 seconds elapsed/3) - 2 seconds overload time = 5
So it increases overload threshold by 5. I confirmed this by doing it a second time, where I overloaded after 6 uses:
- 6 maneuvers*15 degrees/maneuver - 30 threshold - (60 seconds elapsed/3) - 35 seconds overload time = 5
