ANSWER: For those who are wondering wny Monisette will not accept your trade items or you try trading but only end up giving her the rem tales to be stored, it is because you have not killed the vangary NM required for Monisette to start upgrading items of the appropriate slot.

Storing REM chapters
In order to begin the process or have Rem's Tale chapters be storable, you must have Limbus access
- This appears to be false. Was able to store after doing Vagary clears on a character that had completed RoV missions but was still on CoP 3-2 and SoA 3-1.
