I just got this quest now that my fame level is 4. I couldn't get it before that, when my fame level was 3. I updated the article with Fame Level 4, however I can't be 100% sure that it's not another quest that I did that was a pre-requisite for this quest. I had fame level 5 through the first and second quests, and a prereq was Conquest Tally wait. Did you do both in the same tally? Funkworkz (talk) 13:21, 23 July 2013 (EDT)
Fame level 4, finished the previous ~30min before JPmidnight... (Had 4 before finishing it) Can't flag this one.
