In terms of buffing others, this offers an inferior option to the standard 4/5 empyrean set:

- Duration bonus for others: (1.35) × (1.5) × (1.2) = 2.43x or +243%
Replacing the body ala:

- Results in a duration bonus for others: (1.2) × (1.65) × (1.2) = 2.38x or +238%
Replacing the body in lieu of Atrophy Gloves is obviously a poorer choice, as Atrophy Gloves have more duration bonus on them; and likewise, while these are not optimal for casting on others, they obviously increase your own enhancing magics durations.
