I've been sorting them with the following priority:

Type, minimum level, maximum level, name

I do it in Microsoft Word, to get the right appearance I do them in the opposite order of the finished product- so name first, max level second, min level third, and type last. But really, if you don't feel like sorting them, I will gleefully sort them after you finish. (I am merely content with data being entered.)

Also, you may have noticed that we added in a new column for appearance- when the mob spawns (weather, time of day, etc), when you want to add something there use the icon template for the weather effects. I have been going through putting in that extra column, along with adding in NMs to the zones.

But so far you are doing a bang-up job. We are always happy for extra hands.
