	:You have to count your three pathetic excuses for human flesh doing push ups. All 3 go at the same time but push back up at different times which is why this quest is annoying. There are a few ways to do this. Get 2 other people to watch the other guys so each person only counts one. If you don't have a little brother laying around you can get a blank piece of paper and make a scratch on it for each guy in different columns and simply count each one's scratches. When they are finished you will be asked which one cheated (did not do enough). It is either one of the three, or none.

	:[[Abquhbah]] is your friend in this one. You can practice on him as much as you want. You should be able to get them all. The trick to this one is to watch the knees; when they are doing a sit up, the knees come together. When they are done the knees separate. For the actual test all 3 start together, but just watch for all of their knees to return to the starting position. If you check at the right time you will get a whistle, if not, you will hear a bird call sound. You need to get 9 out of 10 sit ups correct to advance. Having sound is not a requirement.
			**You must press enter/accept when a sit-up is completely finished.
			***If your timing is correct, you'll hear a sharp whistle. If your timing is off, you'll hear a dull whistle. Audio is helpful to confirm correct timing, but is not required.
