	The requirement doesn't seem to be correct. I didn't check this NPC very frequently so I can't be sure of when I actually earned this, but I definitely didn't have everything up to Advisor rank finished. I've done all the tasks up to and including Legend for Scouts, Couriers, Inventors, and Mummers (excluding the Courier ones that involve building the frontier station), but have only done all the ones up to and including Disciple for Peacekeepers, and up to and including Probationer for Pioneers. 			I received this item with 67 unique coalition assignments completed, not 68.
