	* I feel very confident putting that at 8 skill. My mule starting from 0 skill started making enchanted ink and kits, no buffs since I was trying to test whether it skilled up on break. Of course when you're intentionally trying to break, it never happens. I had to repeat it on a second mule because I couldn't fail the synth if I tried. My second break at 3 Alchemy skilled up, so I can infer that if I'm wrong, it's actually lower than 8. Between 16-19 Alchemy, made another 30 kits to check if it was lower than 8 cap, eventually got a skillup at 18 Alchemy for all 4 kits.
