- Speak to Helbort in Southern San d'Oria (K-7) at the weapon shop after completing Father and Son.
- Bring the Weapons order (key item) to Alexius in Jugner Forest (I-6) near the lake.
- Return to Helbort with the Weapons receipt (key item) to complete the quest.
