This new type of synergy augment requires an Abdhaljs's Honor, which drops from the final wave of the Hall of Mul, and a piece of HQ Voidwatch/Legion abjuration armor. Unlike other synergy augments, this one has no "random pool" augments and is one fixed stat with a slightly variable range depending on your HQ tier.
There is currently very little information available on this process, but there will likely be an influx of testimonials due to the VanaFest Golden Gobbiebag Giveaway.
