Notes
- Dramatically increases Reprisal enhanced shield block rate with it active (to or near 100% against most monsters).
- Reprisal seems to have a set number of procs where it forces Shield Blocks that wouldn't normally have occurred per cast before it wears off. This shield indirectly decreases Reprisal's duration by enhancing its proc rate, which is most noticeable against high level or multiple enemies.
