Head to the Arrapago Reef entrance from Dvucca Isle Staging Point Caedarva Mire via (F-9).
- Alternatively, use the Survival Guide in Caedarva Mire and zone in from the north. This will also trigger the cutscene.
- You can also go to the Survival Guide in Arrapago Reef directly for the cutscene, however this will not put you near the Cutter for the next part of the mission.
You will receive a cut scene upon zoning
After the cutscene, approach the Cutter to receive another cutscene.
