Notes
- All use Doomed special attacks. It also uses a special attack called Infernal Pestilence which cause diseased and minor damage. It is the equivalent of Undead Mold.
- At first there is only Chahnameed's Stomach.
- At 50% health Chahnameed's Intestines will spawn and at 33% Chahnameed's Liver. These two are weaker than Chahnameed's Stomach.
- It is possible to sleep the organs.
