Dragon Quest X

1) Talk to one of the slimes in the following areas to participate: Southern San d'Oria (K-9) / Bastok Markets (E-10) / Windurst Woods (H-11)

2) Catch slimes located in the wilds of Vana'diel! Slimes can only be caught after adventurers get gooed-up with magic cast by friendly slimes located in the following areas: East Ronfaure (G-6) / South Gustaberg (J-7) / East Sarutabaruta (G-11)

Players will be able to attack and capture slimes while under the influence of these grimy incantations. Capturing slimes will rewards players with slime coins.

• Players' levels will be reduced to one while under the effects of the slime magic.
• Players will be unable to attack or receive attacks from other monsters for the duration.

Slime - 1 point She-Slime - 2 points Metal Slime - 10 points

• Slimes occasionally run away, Earth spells work best, and is available to all jobs subbing BLM.
  • Stack the Destrier Beret, Chocobo Shirt and Grounds of Valor Refresh buffs for the best results.
• Metal Slimes are immune to magic, and take 1 damage per swing. Critical hits can deal much more. They only have 4 HP.

3) Trade coins for items!

Slimes located within city walls will trade the following items in exchange for slime coins:

30 coins: Metal Slime Shield* She-Slime Shield*

20 coins: Metal Slime Hat* She-Slime Hat*

15 coins: M. Slime Earring* She-Slime Earring* Slime Cap

10 coins: Slime Shield Slime Fetish

5 coins: Slime Earring

1 coin: M. Slime Candy She-Slime Candy Slime Rocket Slime. Candy

* These items will become available for purchase once a player, his party, or his alliance has slain she-slimes or metal slimes. Metal slimes will occasionally appear when vanquishing slimes or she-slimes.

170 slime coins are needed to puchase every item.

Talk to the slime in town after equipping all Slime items to obtain Slime Fetish

After obtaining all six She-Slime and Metal Slime (Shield, Hat, Earring for both), talk to the slime to receive She-Slime Spirit + M. Slime Spirit

FFXIV

1) Talk to one of the moogles in the following areas: Southern San d'Oria (G-9) / Port Bastok (K-7) / Windurst Waters (F-9)

2) Catch spriggans infesting Vana'dielian wildlands! Only those under the effects of mysterious moogle magic cast by moogles in the following areas are able to capture spriggans. West Ronfaure (I-6) / North Gustaberg (L-8) / West Sarutabaruta (J-8)

When under the effects of the moogles' incantations, players will be able to clash with and capture the spriggans, thus receiving chartreuse, vermillion, or mauve stone shards.

• Players' levels will be reduced to one while under the effects of the slime magic.
• Players will be unable to attack or receive attacks from other monsters for the duration.

3) Speak to the moogle who started the event to participate in a mini lottery for special prizes using your chartreuse, vermillion, and mauve stone shards.

First prize: one item from the following list: Purple Spriggan Coat / Red Spriggan Coat

Second prize: one item from the following list: Purple Spriggan Club / Red Spriggan Club

Third prize: one item from the following list: Green Spriggan Coat / Green Spriggan Club

Booby prize: one item from the following list: Purple Spriggan Lolli / Red Spriggan Lolli / Green Spriggan Lolli / Spriggan Spark

• Destrier Beret and Chocobo Shirt help, as well as [{Regen]] from Grounds Tome

Hot streak? Wore body and club and got that message. Higher chance at winning 1st/2nd prize

• No benefit to wearing body/club while killing Spriggans.
• Partying up is beneficial, each member gets credit for each kill.

Red Spriggan Spirit: Left Spriggan holding red stone

Purple Spriggan Spirit: Right Spriggan holding purple stone

Multiples are worthless. Trade Spriggan Fetish to Suibhne in the Feretory to unlock Spriggan Customization. Trade the Red Spriggan Spirit to him while Spriggan is active for Spriggan.C. Trade Purple Spriggan Spirit as a Spriggan to unlock Spriggan.G
