Notes

• Increases the potency of the next spell cast with Rapture by 15% to a total of +65%
• Increases the damage of the next spell cast with Ebullience by 15% to a total of +35%.
• The Regen increase is applied to the base value before any other bonus, then floored and then +1 is added. This produces values of +1 for Regen I, +2 for Regen II, +4 for Regen III, +5 for Regen IV and +7 for Regen V.
