Superior Level is a new form of level advancement.

There are currently only three Superior Levels you can obtain:

• Superior 1, unlocked as a 50-Job Point Gift
• Superior 2 unlocked as a 100-Job Point Gift
• Superior 3 unlocked as a 500-Job Point Gift

Essentially, players must have a certain Superior Level in order to equip appropriately marked armor and weapons. "Su1", "Su2" or "Su3" is displayed on the item description near the top middle if a piece requires a Superior Level to use.

A couple examples of Su equipment are:

• "Blurred" Weapons, such as Blurred Sword/Blurred Sword +1
• "Arasy" Weapons, such as Arasy Axe/Arasy Axe +1
• Some Ammo, such as Divine Bullet
• "Gefecht", "Revealer's" and "Sombra" Armor Sets (Revealer's Crown/Revealer's Crown +1 as an example)
• Certain 119 armor sets.
  • "Arke", "Baayami", "Ea", "Heyoka", "Kendatsuba", "Mousai", "Oshosi", "Pinga", "Ratri" and "Turms" sets.
