TP Multipliers:	100TP : 1.0, Evasion Down for 90 seconds 200TP : 1.0, Evasion Down for 135 seconds 300TP : 1.0, Evasion Down for 180 seconds

The ability to use Merit Weapon Skills is unlocked via the quest Martial Mastery. Exenterator is only available to the above listed jobs and have a skill of 357.
The Accuracy Down effect is -20 Accuracy and lasts for 90 seconds if unresisted.
- Though the description currently claims the duration of Accuracy Down varies with TP, it doesn't appear to.
