Fomor Hate

You accumulate aggressive behavior from fomor mobs if you have killed Fomors before. Killing the beastmen in Tavnazia reverses the Fomor hate so they again become non-aggressive.
It is possible to check the level of your Fomor hate by speaking with Resauchamet at (K-6) on the top floor of Tavnazian Safehold.
All of the messages he tells you will sound foreboding but when he tells you that you have a good head start, your Fomor hate is at its lowest level.
If this is the case then you are free to walk around Fomors in Sacrarium without Sneak (Status).
