Walkthrough
Speak to Kohlo-Lakolo, then to Pichichi near him, who directs you to her mother.
Go to Windurst Waters and speak to Chamama, who requests four balls of Saruta Cotton to make a Fake moustache.
Acquire and give Chamama the required amount of saruta cotton, then return to Kohlo-Lakolo.
