Ranged Accuracy depends on AGI, at the rate of 0.75 Ranged Accuracy per AGI (4 AGI = 3 Ranged Accuracy). It follows the same trend as the rest of the offensive skills, and gains .9 Ranged Accuracy per skill above level 200 and 1 Ranged Accuracy per skill below level 200.
