Defeat 11 Obstreperous Panopts.
- Many spawn around (F-11) -- just north of Ethereal Ingress #1.
- Zoning will reset your progress. You will receive a message informing you how many remain upon each kill.
- Thanks to the June 2016 version update, the "Rhapsody in Fuschia" will reduce the level of any Obstreperous Panopts claimed by the player.
  - Appears to decrease the Panopts to level 112, regardless of their initial starting level (122~124).
