If you haven't started the quest Flavors of Our Lives and been introduced to Teodor yet, you will need to do the following:
- Talk to Berghent at (J-9) near the Big Bridge.
- Go to the Mummers' Coalition and talk to Masad.
  - You will need to wait until the next gameday and you may need to zone to get the cutscene for the mission from Masad.
Go to the Mummers' Coalition and talk to Masad.
- You may need to speak with him twice after the day changes and you zone to receive the cutscene.
