Enter Rala Waterways and click three points (two NPCs and one spot on the ground).
- The Eastern Adoulin E-7 entrance puts you close to two of the three points.
- The three points are Sainene (N-7), Waterway Overlook (I-6), and Stout Weir at D-8.
  - You will receive a Broken Fuse KI after speaking to Stout Weir.
Return to Castle Adoulin.
