fTP
The fTP testing pegged its fTP at 4.7-4.9, but re-testing with Kikoku (Level 119 III) after the pDIF changes puts it at 5.0 and it seems unlikely that they adjusted it. Mandau (Level 119 III) was re-tested to make sure there wasn't a relic WSD buff in the III series, and it seems there was not.
