• As of 11/2015, the requirement to progress to this mission is most easily satisfied by having a combination of Adoulin Fame 8 and about 15 Imprimaturs spent.
• As of 11/2017, the requirement was satisfied by Adoulin Fame 2 and 20 Imprimaturs used.
  • Could not flag this cutscene on 4/2018 with 26 Imprimaturs (used 3 at a time when possible) until rank 5 fame (18 unique quests; repeated Twitherym/Velkk/Umbril quests for fame).

  • Update: Was unable to flag this mission with Adoulin Fame 2 and 30 Imprimaturs used. Had every Petitioner coalition assignment finished and a grand total of 2 unique quests. Was able to flag CS from Levil at 33 imprimaturs (still rank 2 fame). --Prismfang (talk)
• On a different character, could not flag this cutscene on 9/2018 with 15 Imprimaturs at rank 7 fame (31 unique quests + 14 repeats).
  • Only did same coalition assignment for all imprimaturs
  • Could not flag CS upon reaching rank 8 fame (38 unique quests + 14 repeats) and 15 Imprimaturs spent. Beginning to wonder if Wildkeeper Reive kills count or if there are other factors.
