3am Spawn Time Debunked
Per testimonials posted on clopedia the 3am spawn time is debunked.

Spawned at 3am
Despite all of the "debunked" information, I saw Sippoy spawn at 03:00 exactly. I had my alt sitting near the Speltercaps while I roamed the zone. I killed no other mobs or NMs to force the spawn.
- JPwiki text seems to indicate that it might be during a Full Moon? I'm just feeding it into a machine translation. It appears the conditions were changed with the the version update on December 7th, 2010. Lusiphur (talk) 07:01, 6 May 2023 (UTC)
