RDM Guide

I was wondering if there's some way to format the RDM guide to display the equipment sets I have for (SELF) and (OTHERS) to be listed next to each other rather than under each other..? I've tried copying some of the formatting from your THF guide and I couldn't get anything to work. I'm not sure how to do it! R34dy5t34dydr4w (talk) 04:38, 26 December 2018 (EST)

Set it up for you. It is just a table with the sets in it. There are better ways to do this, but this is the most simple way and the current one used in the guides I have made. --Spicyryan (talk) 09:26, 26 December 2018 (EST)

I must've stewed over it for a few hours before I decided against it. I probably have 1~2 paragraphs worth of "notes" to discuss about each individual spell and I don't think the layout would work for it. Fair enough, but if I might suggest something; keep it as simple as possible. There is no need for identical repeating sets (gain-self, haste-self, protect/shell-self, etc) or to make an excess of notes. Yeah long time! My friends all quit so so did I, then they're back and now so am I. Much less time for wiki at work these days but might do some easy things. Thanks for the edit, guess it needs more time to update because it hasn't made a difference for me. Tried clearing cache, loading pages I haven't checked that use it, and tried on mobile too. Hey Ryan ~ Wanted to send u a thanks PM, but seems like this is the only way to do so. Thanks for the help on the revisions, I'm still new at this. Question: on the newest revision u helped me with on the Doc Chacharoon page, I c u made some tech mods. But I can't seem to c the actual visual differences on the page. Well, you could PM me on the BG Forums as the accounts are tied (or just Discord), but yeah this works as well.

What I did was removed the highlight on the hover since that wasn't needed for a single line of text in a spoiler table. The rest was just adjusting formatting or adding some padding between the text and the edge of the table which is all standard html "keeping it neat" sort of stuff you don't need to worry about that I try to watch. Contributing the info and things is far more important.
Learning how to do anything past the basics is something you either won't need or will come over time. Thanks again for your efforts. --Spicyryan (talk) 12:31, 22 September 2018 (EDT)
