Uses Break immediately on the character who spawns it. Levels up each time it uses Roar. Uses Perfect Dodge multiple times. Wind damage will stagger it and seems to level it back down. Spamming a spell such as Subduction is ineffective in leveling him down. Magic bursting or using stronger wind magic is effective.
