Notes:
- To obtain this item speak to Zebada, Uleguerand Range (F-12) to get a Cotton Pouch.
- Head to the top of Uleguerand Range and slide down the Western Slope at (F-9). Land on the ledge and enter the cave at (E-9).
- Before sliding down, make sure you begin on the left side of the ridge, If you drop straight down the slope then you will fall through an unseen hole.
- Trade the Cotton Pouch to the Chamnaet Spring to receive this item.
- Trade the ice to Zebada to obtain a Zephyr fan.
