You are able to exchange this item for an alternative 
Delkfutt key variant that does not take up inventory space by:
- Trading the key to the Elevator on the 10th floor at (H-8).
- Trading the key to the Cermet Door on the first floor at (E-8).
- Alternatively, once Porphyrion dies, a ??? will be left on the ground in its place. Clicking this will directly reward the Delkfutt key.
- It glows, so you should not have a hard time finding it.
This key also allows transport from the basement (H-8) directly to the 10th floor via an easily missable ??? in the center of the spiral staircase.
