- Enhances Third Eye by increasing the counter rate under Seigan to 35%
Adds "Enhances 'Shikikoyo' effect"
- Enhances Shikikoyo effect by allowing the user to retain 10% of the gifted TP per merit level.
- Example: Someone with 5/5 merits and 1,800 TP would end up with 1,400 TP when using Shikikoyo. If they started with 3,000 TP, they would retain 2,000TP after Shikikoyo.
