Notes
Clarification was made by the development team regarding the performance of this weapon and how it functions:
- Skillchain: Increases the number of "Third Eye" evasions during Seigan by 1: If the weapon wielder performs a skillchain while under the effects of Seigan and Third Eye, the wielder is guaranteed to receive +1 to their total shadow count for the currently active effect.
- Increases "Counter" damage based on the number of "Third Eye" evasions: This effect is active while under the effect of the currently active Third Eye effect.
