Important Announcement: FFXI Support Channel Update
Effective September 30, 2025, Final Fantasy XI will no longer offer phone support. - Transition from Phone Support to Digital Channels
All technical assistance for Final Fantasy XI, PlayOnline services, and your Square Enix Account will be handled through digital channels. The FFXI support team will still be available via email and webchat.

In-Game Assistance (Call a GM)
GMs can assist with issues like being stuck or experiencing harassment from other players. To place a call for a GM in-game:
- Open the Main Menu.
- Select Help Desk.
- Select Help Desk again.
- Choose the option from the list that best fits your issue and fill out the form.
