General Notes

Puppet in Peril II

  • Fought in Jade Sepulcher with a Puppet In Peril phantom gem.
    • Everyone participating must have this key item in order to enter.
  • The fight begins with several Mamool Ja in the arena.
    • They all have low HP.
    • They are all susceptible to Sleep
    • Jobs Include:
      • Mamool Ja Polemicist: Black Mage
      • Mamool Ja Isangoma: White Mage
      • Mamool Ja Flamerearer: Dragoon
        • Uses Call Wyvern when any Mamool Ja is at low HP
          • May use Call Wyvern even if Asleep or Petrified.
      • Mamool Ja Unseen: Ninja
      • Mamool Ja Profligate: ThiefQuestion
  • Once the Mamool are dead Lancelord Gaheel Ja will spawn.
  • He will begin casting Protect IV and Shell IV
    • Once dispelled he seems to place priority on casting cure and flash
  • He possesses significantly high defense.
  • Susceptible to magic damage.
  • Has a normal ranged attack he may use on targets out of range.
  • Once Lancelord Gaheel Ja has reached 50% his behavior changes slightly.
  • Once Lancelord Gaheel Ja has reached 25% his behavior changes slightly again.
    • Begins using Burning Memories instead of Blazing Angon.
      • He will favor using this TP move.
      • This move is fairly easy to stun.
