General Notes Lottery spawn in the lowest basement (leeches) from Gespent in the small rooms at (H-8) and (I-8) (in the Asuran Fists WSNM room) between 18 and 6. The PH is the single ghost that spawns every 20 minutes. The other two spawn every 5 minutes. The PH and normal mobs can move between the rooms when respawning. So a room may pop empty before the 20 minute PH respawns if you eliminated all the ghosts to find the PH. Will despawn at 6 if unclaimed. Melee attacks have an addition effect of enterror.
