Notes
- Without Seigan active, Third Eye is consumed by the next attack from an opponent and the attack is "anticipated."
- Anticipation negates the attack.
- When used in conjunction with Saotome Haidate (must be worn while being attacked), Third Eye also has a chance to trigger Counter.
- With Seigan active, a Samurai will anticipate multiple attacks as well as have the opportunity to Counter (25% of the time).
- Unlike the Utsusemi series of Ninjutsu, Third Eye does not absorb magic.
