Created by the Zilart thousands of years ago, and ultimately leading to their downfall, Tu'Lia, the Gate of the Gods, is a floating island region which is generally located in the skies above the Qufim region of Vana'diel. For this reason, it is oft referred to as "Sky" by the player community. Once a cold, mechanical place, it has long since been overrun by organic life which can be seen both outside and within. It serves as the location for the climax of the Rise of the Zilart storyline.

Tu'Lia Teleport

Prior to the introduction of Home Points and Survival Guides, the mysterious Large Apparatuses found in each Hall of Transference were used to access Tu'Lia. There are two steps in order to gain Tu'Lia teleportation privileges. These steps can be performed in either order.

Requirements:

• Completed Zilart Mission 13 to access Tu'Lia.
• Completed Promathia Mission 8-3 to possess the title "Warrior of the Crystal".

Step 1 - Register Data:

• Inspect either one of the upper deck green teleport pads located at (G-9) or (I-9) in Ru'Aun Gardens with your current title set to "Warrior of the Crystal" in order to register your data.
  • The title "Warrior of the Crystal" is gained upon climbing your race's tower during Promathia Mission 8-3.
  • To change your title back to 'Warrior of the Crystal' speak with the Bard Aligi-Kufongi (H-9) in Tavnazian Safehold (main floor) under the 300 gil category.
  • There are two different green pads, one on the upper deck and another on the lower. The upper deck has a glowing ring and is used for registration (one time only), the lower deck is the arrival pad.
  • Confirmation dialogue:

"Wel...ome, Warrior of the Crystal."

Registere... ...ser. [When stepping back on after registration]

Step 2 - Repair Large Apparatuses:

• Purchase a Clear Chip (x1~3) for 21,000 gil each.
  • These Goblin vendors are only open for business from 11:00 - 22:00 IGT.
  • For quicker access, Gaudylox is located next to Home Point #4 in Northern San d'Oria.
• Trade a Clear Chip to the Large Apparatus found to the right upon entrance in any of the three Crags' Hall of Transference via the Shattered Telepoint, repairing it and allowing you to teleport to Tu'Lia from that specific Crag.
  • Optional but recommended that all three Large Apparatuses in each Crags be repaired.
  • When teleporting more than once per Earth day from the same Crag, there is a slight chance that the Clear Chip may break. If it does, you must repair it again by trading a new one to that particular Large Apparatus.
  • Confirmation dialogue:

"You see a honeycomb-like sheet made up of tiny clear hexagonal chips arranged here." [Before repairing]
"You fit the clear chip into the missing space." [Upon repairing]
"The device has been repaired." [After repairing]
