Description:	Allows players to purchase Phase Displacers and to convert Pulse Cells into Pulse Panoplia.

• Phase displacers are sold for 20,000 gil each, and up to five may be purchased in a single transaction. However, players will only be able to perform this transaction once per conquest tally.
  • Price is reduced to 1,000 gil each (and time limitation is removed?) with the "Rhapsody in Mauve" key item.
• Accepts trades of 5 Pulse Cells in exchange for the corresponding Pulse weapon/armor.
