Walkthrough
- Zone after completing the previous quest.
- Speak to Goraow (A) at (H-4). He will request a Sanguine Spike.
- Sanguine Spikes drop from the Peiste Notorious Monster Gukumatz.
- Gukumatz spawns to the northeast of Conflux #7.
- Sanguine Spikes drop from the Peiste Notorious Monster Gukumatz.
- Trade the Sanguine Spike to Goraow (A) for your reward.
